INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pull off the atomizer cap and as much of the top that will come off. Then VERY CAREFULLY remove the metal that is sealed over the perfume bottle. Take the cutter and start cutting at it. Use the pliars to help you peel and pull it back. Be CAREFUL and PATIENT with this process. Be sure not to break the glass neck in the process (although I did once and this still worked). Once you have successfully removed the sealed top, you're in business! The neck will be quite narrow but that will prevent excess evaporation. Put the reeds in the bottle (you will probably be able to fit 3 or 4 depending on the bottle). Once you have wet the bottom of the reeds with perfume, remove them, turn them upside down so the wet part is on top, and put them back in the perfume diffuser. This will kickstart the aroma.

This is extremely effective- much more than any traditional diffuser I've ever purchased. I figure perfume is anywhere from $25-$90, but with this method it is so much more potent and I get way more variety with scents. Over the years I have wanted less and less to wear perfume. This way, I can enjoy the scents without actually spraying them on my skin and clothes. I have one in each room and I really enjoy them!
