Oil Pulling

I recently heard about oil pulling and decided to give it a try. It is a natural way to remove toxins from the body while also imparting benefits such as whitening your teeth and preventing bad breath. Use about 1-3 tablespoons of coconut oil. Place in your mouth (preferably first thing in the morning before drinking water or brushing your teeth). Rinse (do not gargle) for up to 30 minutes. It will be challenging at first so start off as long as you can. My first time I did it for 12 minutes. Spit into the trash and rinse with warm salt water. Then floss and brush as usual. You can do this everyday, but 3 times a week is effective.
