I love pasta sauce because you can make it so many different ways. It also makes it easy to add vitamin-enriched veggies to your meal. But once in awhile I like to have it "naked" with lots of garlic. It's super simple and quite delicious!

INGREDIENTS

  • pasta of your choice (leftover plain is ideal)

  • coconut oil

  • garlic powder

  • sea salt

  • black pepper

  • red pepper flakes

  • fresh herbs (ie. Italian Flatleaf Parsley)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat up some coconut oil in a saute pan. Add your cooked pasta, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Stir (I like using tongs for this). Once all your ingredients are combined and the pasta is heated thoroughly, place in your serving bowl. You can top it with fresh Italian Flatleaf Parsley if you have some on hand, but even without it's fantastic! Add some extra virgin olive oil at the end if your pasta needs a little more lubrication. Enjoy!
